Final report for the 2025 CaRCC Annual Retreat (September 18-20, 2025 in Rosemont, Illinois.) The event brought together CaRCC leadership to advance critical organizational priorities during a pivotal transition period. Over three days, participants tackled the dual challenge of formalizing CaRCC's organizational structure through 501(c)(3) incorporation while simultaneously addressing the complexity and accessibility barriers that have emerged as the organization has grown beyond its original grant-funded scope.
