This deliverable is part of activities of WP13, a work package that recognizes how disruptive advances in particle detectors have often stemmed from developments not originally driven by the requirements of specific experiments, but from efforts to push the intrinsic limits of existing technologies—frequently in synergy with other fields and industry. In response to the call for Blue-Sky proposals, four projects were selected on Dec 7, 2021. The selected projects included two studies of novel semiconductor detectors, an investigation of a novel nanocomposite scintillator, and research and development of wireless data transfer. The four projects have been successfully concluded and this deliverable summarizes their results and outlines their future plans.
