Abstract

Целью исследования явилось повышение эффективности хирургического лечения детей с болезнью Гиршпрунга путем усовершенствования техники трансанальной эндоректальной резекции толстой кишки по De La Torre–Orteга. Проанализированы результаты лечения 85 детей, оперированных в Андижанском многопрофильном детском центре в период 2006–2020 гг. Разработанная модификация операции позволила достоверно снизить частоту послеоперационных осложнений и улучшить функциональные результаты.
