Abstract

Bugungi kunda ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchining kasbiy o‘sishi, shaxsiy va ijodiy salohiyatini rivojlantirish masalasi dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Bunda o‘qituvchining o‘z faoliyatini anglay olishi, tahlil qilishi va xulosalar chiqarish qobiliyati alohida o‘rin tutadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan qaralganda, pedagogik refleksiya o‘qituvchining kasbiy shakllanishi, o‘z ustida ishlashi va zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlarga moslashishida muhim omildir.
