Consciousness as a Wave Structure: A Possible Connection Between Brain Frequencies and Perception Frequencies

Abstract

The paper proposes a hypothesis according to which brain rhythms (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma) can be viewed as an interference projection of the interaction between consciousness and the material structure of the brain. Based on the model presented in the study “Unity of the Wave: Matter, Energy, and Consciousness as Aspects of Frequency” (S. Skrynnik, 2025), it is shown that the observed frequency ranges may correspond to the law of dimensional emergence described by the expression νₙ=(2πν²)ⁿ EEG activity is interpreted not as a direct manifestation of consciousness but as an interference pattern representing the connection between its frequency levels and the physical carrier. The process of self-reflection is considered as a moment of coherence between these levels — the formation of a standing wave of consciousness harmonizing the subconscious, conscious, and superconscious. The work develops the idea of wave equilibrium and suggests a possible frequency-based approach to understanding the structure of consciousness and the mechanism of perception.
