Supplementary Files for Metabolic Signatures of Multiple Breast Cancer Subtypes and Investigation of the Metabolic Impact of Chemotherapy. Biolog Phenotype Mammalian Microarrays Datasets Highlighted Analysis and Raw Data from PhenoMetaboDiff (PM-M1 to PM-M8) for Groups A, B and C

Abstract

This dataset contains Biolog Phenotype MicroArray (PM-M1 through PM-M8) raw and processed data obtained from metabolic fingerprinting of various breast cancer cell lines and control lines. Absorbance values were collected post-incubation using a plate reader and analyzed for statistical significance using the PhenoMetaboDiff software package. The resulting Excel files include both the unprocessed raw data and processed data outputs comparing each experimental group to control cell lines. Data are organized by Group A, Group B, and Group C, corresponding to distinct experimental conditions and cell line groupings.
