This deliverable describes the pilot-testing of the materials and tools developed under tasks T6.2 (Devise a trainer guide to enhance training materials and tools developed by related projects) and T6.3 (Develop new training materials and tools on RE/RI), and described in D 6.2 (Report on supplementary trainer guide and new training materials on RE/ RI), ensuring that they are practical, relevant, and fit for purpose across diverse research environments. The pilot phase involved structured testing in a representative sample of research-performing organisations (RPOs), including: · Five universities: University of Oslo (UiO), University of Helsinki (UH), University of Tartu (UT), University of Latvia (UL), and University of Humanistic studies (UHS). · One non-profit RPO: The European Network of Research Ethics Committees (EUREC). · One national public RPO: The French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE). · One private SME RPO: Trilateral Research Ltd. (TRI).
