This report outlines Arctic PASSION’s engagement with Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) and Arctic Observing Summit (AOS) throughout the project’s lifetime, in alignment with Task 6.2 (Coordination with European initiatives) and Milestone 17 (Supporting EPB and EU PolarNet2 with the implementation of the EU Polar Cluster into the EPCO) of the Arctic PASSION Grant Agreement. It highlights the project's collaborative efforts with the EU Polar Cluster and other European and international initiatives, including the European Space Agency (ESA) Polar Science Cluster. Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, Arctic PASSION successfully contributed to and co-organised numerous sessions, workshops, and booths at ASSW and AOS events from 2022 to 2025. These activities significantly enhanced visibility, fostered collaboration, and supported the dissemination of Arctic PASSION’s objectives and outcomes. This deliverable also provides some reflections and suggestions on how projects can work to support the European Polar Co-ordination Office (EPCO) in the delivery of promotional booths at international events going forward.
