Refined Quantum Geometric Physics (RQGP) - Universal Budget with Quark and Lepton Mass Hiearchy as a Function of Dimensional Windings

Abstract

We introduce RQGP's Universal Conservation Budget and Budget Partioning, which defines the geometric unitless volume within the universe. This budget is distributed across the RQGP's 3:4:5 Pythatgreon Hiearchy of Dimensions and Forces, demonstrating the n5 Stability dimensions dominance over the n4 Flow dimension which in turn dominates the n3 Spatial dimension. This submission also includes RQGP's deriviation of the Mass Hiearchy factors from the 3:4:5 axiom, leveraging the Universal Conservation Budget and RQGP's derivation of pi to derive the mass ratio for quark and lepton particle generations purely from these integer relationships. The delta from the empirical measured values is explained.
