
The project goal is Discovering Invisible VIne Nutrition Elements (DiVine) by developing detailed digital vineyard maps that can distinctly identify areas likely affected by disease from those suffering from nutritional deficiencies. The repository contains several datasets for two locations: 1. Orthomosaics for both locations; 2. Ground truth information for one vineyard; 3. Sampling information; 4. Vine extraction results; 5. Vegetation indices (e.g., NDVI, MSAVI2, NDRE, SAVI, and NLI).
