Abstract

This is all the data generated by Molotkov et al. "Cost-effective approach uncovers non-additive genetic associations across 2,329 diseases in 500,000 individuals", Nature Communications, 2025 full_{PHENO}_{MODEL}.tsv.gz contains full summary statistics for additive, dominant, and recessive GWAS of 19 phenotypes in FinnGen prefiltered_dominant_gwas_2329_endpoints.tsv contains summary statistics from dominant GWAS of 2,329 traits in FinnGen conducted using cost-efficient approach described in Molotkov et al. 781_new_dominant_hits.tsv contains 781 dominant genome-wide associations missed by he additive model across 2,329 traits finemapping.gz contains fine-mapping results for 781 new loci coloc.gz contains colocalization results for 781 new loci
