Travmatik Büyümenin Anlam Arayışı Bağlamında Dini Sınanma Kavramlarıyla Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the concepts of post-traumatic growth and religious struggle in the context of the search for meaning among men and women. The relationship between traumatic experiences and individuals' psychological well-being was addressed, with a specific emphasis on religious beliefs and practices. This study aims to investigate the change experienced by individuals after trauma and how religious beliefs support them in this development. A qualitative research method was used, and data collected from participants were analyzed to determine the relationship between religious struggle and traumatic growth. The research results show that religion and spirituality are an important resource for the search for meaning in traumatic experiences. In this way, traumatic growth and religious struggle not only contribute to deep psychological transformations in individuals' lives but also contribute to their search for meaning. The study intends to make a distinct contribution to literature and help identify new avenues and areas for future research.
