A technical report on establishing privacy-first healthcare coordination by eliminating the need for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We present a validated architecture using anonymous authentication patterns—replacing traditional email/phone logins with high-entropy, cryptographically secure random codes. This approach, validated in production and under discussion with NHS Digital, uses one-way hashing (SHA-256) and strong symmetric encryption to ensure HIPAA and GDPR compliance by design.
