Abstract

This event consists of code data for the research: Metabolic Profiling of Saliva, Serum, and Urine for Determination of Pathogenesis, Diagnosis, and Prognosis in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in the First and Second Trimesters. This record provides the computational scripts necessary to replicate the graphical findings of the accompanying research article. The core component, capsule-4103413 code ocean.zip, is an archive of all figure reproduction codes, operable on a partial data subset. Specific figure generation is handled by two dedicated R scripts: Reproduction for Main text.R for the main manuscript figures and Reproduction for Supplemental files.R for the supplementary figures. Furthermore, the Data Processing Analysis and Modeling.R script documents the complete analytical pipeline, including data pre-processing, calibration methodologies, and model parameter tuning specifications. *4103413 is the code ocean ID for the reproduction of the figures.
