This report summarizes findings from the 2025 ESIP July Meeting post-meeting survey. The event brought together 249 participants (40% virtual, 86 first-timers) for plenaries, 46 community-led sessions, and networking events. Post-meeting survey responses showed high overall satisfaction, with networking, idea exchange, and professional development as the primary motivations. Virtual participation worked well for content access but had limited networking opportunities. Key recommendations include clearer session tracks and descriptions, stronger support for virtual engagement (dedicated facilitators, cameras, and tool training), expanded networking opportunities (including mentor–mentee programs), and exploring hub-and-spoke models to broaden participation. Overall, the meeting was seen as a valuable use of time, with clear pathways for enhancing accessibility, community building, and hybrid participation in future events.
