В статье представлен обзор наиболее значимых новейших антибактериальных препаратов и комбинаций, появившихся в клинической практике и в поздних этапах разработки за последние годы. Рассмотрены механизмы действия (включая новые подходы — «siderophore»-транспорт, β- лактам-усилители и новые ингибиторы β-лактамаз), примеры недавно одобренных препаратов, а также проблемы устойчивости и принципы клинической антимикробной политики.
