D3.4 Biodiversity observation network data online available in the DTO repositories_M20

Abstract

In D3.4 the number of datasets published via EMODnet for each data type are mentioned, and links to the published data records in EMODnet are provided in a table in the Appendix. In addition, significant updates regarding the standardisation work and the data flow status are briefly summarised for each data type in yellow boxes on each section. During the first 20 months of the project significant effort has been made for each data type to transform the datasets to adhere to the relevant standards, and to develop the data flows needed. Originally, 231 datasets were included in the inventory in D3.3. During the update for D3.4, 16 additional datasets have been identified to be made available for the EU DTO. To date, a total of 29 datasets have been published in EMODnet (25 newly published, and four updated with the latest data), setting the basis for the future work.
