ВОСПРИЯТИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ СЛУЖБЫ СРЕДИ МОЛОДЫХ СПЕЦИАЛИСТОВ: ДАННЫЕ ИЗ УЗБЕКИСТАНА

Abstract

В данной статье исследуется восприятие государственной службы молодыми специалистами Узбекистана, уделяя особое внимание тому, как студенты и недавние выпускники университетов оценивают работу в государственном и частном секторах. На основе опроса 177 респондентов исследование изучает воспринимаемые престиж, стабильность, бюрократию и социальный вклад государственной службы в сравнении с заработной платой, карьерным ростом и гибкостью в частном секторе. Результаты показывают, что, хотя молодые специалисты ценят социальную миссию и стабильную работу на государственной службе, их больше привлекают материальные и профессиональные возможности, доступные в частном секторе. Анализ объединяет выводы теорий мотивации государственной службы (МГО) и соответствия личности и организации, а также рассматривает их влияние на реформу государственной службы в Узбекистане.
