СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ БИОМАТЕРИАЛЫ В ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИИ ТВЕРДЫХ ТКАНЕЙ ЗУБА: РЕГЕНЕРАТИВНЫЙ ПОТЕНЦИАЛ И КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Abstract

 Восстановление твердых тканей зуба остаётся одной из ключевых задач в терапевтической и ортопедической стоматологии. В последние годы особое внимание уделяется биоматериалам нового поколения, обладающим биоактивными и регенеративными свойствами. Целью настоящего исследования является анализ современных биоматериалов, применяемых в стоматологии, с оценкой их потенциала для стимуляции регенерации дентина и эмали. Методологической основой послужил сравнительный анализ публикаций, клинических наблюдений и экспериментальных данных. В статье рассматриваются особенности биоактивного стекла, наногидроксиапатита, композитов с ионами кальция и фтора, а также роль тканевой инженерии. Выводы показывают высокую перспективность внедрения биоинженерных решений в клиническую практику для более физиологичного и долговечного восстановления зубных тканей.
