Abstract

Europa steht an der Schwelle zur Erstarrung. Das geplante Ende des Rauchens ist kein reiner Gesundheitssieg - es ist das Symptom einer Kultur, die Leben durch Kontrolle erstickt. Dieses Paper zeigt: Verbote ersetzen Bewusstsein, Regulierung ersetzt Verantwortung. Wer atemlos regiert, nimmt den Menschen den Atem. Ein Aufruf zum Innehalten - bevor das System sich selbst zerbricht.
