Lilac daphne (Daphne genkwa) transcriptome libraries from leaf, root and flower

Abstract

Files in this record: Assembled transcriptome libraries (AU, Leaf; AV, Flower; AW, Root; Trinity, trimmed to 500bp). DGEN_RUB_AU_AV_AW_trinity_500bp.fasta Data description. Daphne RNA-Seq data summary.pptx RNA from tissues (leaf, root, flower) of greenhouse grown Daphne genkwa was subject to RNA-seq (Illumina NextSeq500, paired-end 150 nt). Total RNA was extracted from leaf, root and flower of mature D. genkwa plants using the Spectrum™ Plant Total RNA Kit (Sigma-Aldrich, St Louis, MO, USA). Residual DNA contamination was removed using the TURBO DNA-free™ kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). All sequencing was performed at the Research Technology Support Facility at Michigan State University. The raw sequence reads for the Daphne genkwa transcriptomes (leaf, root, flower) are available from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Sequence Read Archive under BioProject PRJNA1024452 (accessions SRX21995907-09).
