Ética Profissional e o Ambiente de Trabalho: Desafios Contemporâneos e Perspectivas Humanizadas

Abstract

O artigo discute a centralidade da ética nas relações profissionais em um contexto de rápidas transformações tecnológicas e organizacionais. Fundamentado em autores como Kant, Bauman e Reale, o texto diferencia ética e moral, destacando que ambas se complementam na orientação das condutas humanas. No ambiente corporativo, a ética é apresentada como elemento essencial para o fortalecimento da confiança, da cooperação e da justiça nas relações de trabalho. A liderança ética é apontada como fator determinante para a construção de climas organizacionais saudáveis e participativos, em oposição a modelos autoritários e hierárquicos. O artigo também aborda os dilemas éticos emergentes da digitalização e do uso da inteligência artificial, defendendo que essas ferramentas devem ser guiadas por princípios de transparência, equidade e respeito à dignidade humana. Conclui-se que a ética profissional, mais do que um conjunto de normas, é um compromisso permanente com valores humanistas e com a responsabilidade coletiva, reafirmando o papel do ser humano como centro das organizações contemporâneas.
