Abstract

Аннотация: Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистонда ёшлар ҳуқуқбузарлигига таъсир этувчи асосий омиллар тизимли тарзда таҳлил қилинган. Хусусан, оила муҳити, таълим даражаси, иқтисодий қийинчиликлар, ишсизлик, интернет ва оммавий маданият таъсири каби ижтимоий-психологик омиллар ёритилган. Мақолада ёшлар ўртасида ҳуқуқбузарликни олдини олишга қаратилган миллий қонунчилик, давлат дастурлари ва профилактика механизмларининг самарадорлиги таҳлил этилади. Шунингдек, халқаро тажрибаларга асосланган ҳолда ёшлар ҳуқуқбузарлигини камайтиришга қаратилган таклиф ва тавсиялар баён этилган. Калит сўзлар: ёшлар, ҳуқуқбузарлик, сабаблар, ижтимоий омиллар, профилактика, оила, таълим, давлат сиёсати.
