Abstract

Ushbu maqolada gender tenglik tushunchasi, uning ijtimoiy qadriyatlar tizimidagi o‘rni hamda ayollar rolining transformatsiyasi sotsiologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada zamonaviy jamiyatda ayollarning iqtisodiy, siyosiy va madaniy faolligi ortib borayotgani, biroq ijtimoiy stereotiplar hali ham muhim to‘siq bo‘lib qolayotganiga urg‘u beriladi. Tadqiqot nazariy tahlil, empirik kuzatuv va sotsiologik modellashtirish metodlariga asoslangan. Natijalar gender tenglikni mustahkamlashda ta’lim, media va davlat siyosatining o‘rni beqiyos ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
