AN INNOVATIVE MODEL OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется инновационная модель управления предприятием, основанная на концепции устойчивого развития. В исследовании подчеркивается необходимость интеграции экологических, социальных и экономических принципов в структуры управления, а также роль инноваций как ключевого фактора конкурентоспособности в современной экономике. Анализируя глобальный опыт и локальные проблемы, исследование выявляет, как модели устойчивого управления могут обеспечить долгосрочную стабильность, снизить риски и повысить корпоративную ответственность. Результаты показывают, что предприятия, внедряющие инновационные модели управления, соответствующие принципам устойчивого развития, добиваются не только финансового роста, но и способствуют достижению более широких социальных и экологических целей.
