For Norway, the policy data have been compiled based on data (crop area, animal numbers, production quantities, total farm payments) at individual farm level for the entire population of farms publicly available at data.norge.no. These data have been combined with payment rates and eligibility criteria to calculate the payment amount for the most important support schemes covering over 90 per cent of all farm support. Finally, the computed payments for each farm have been calibrated to the farm’s observed total payment and aggregated to NUTS3-level based on the farms’ location. The payments are at a per ha basis. The database cover each second year from 2014 to 2020. The following table gives a description of the payments which are comparable to the FADN database payment codes.
