
Ushbu maqolada yurtimizda gastronomik turizmning rivojlanish holati, uning mamlakat turizm sanoatidagi o‘rni va iqtisodiyotga ta’siri yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda xalqimizning milliy taomlarining betakrorligi, tarixiy va madaniy qadriyatlar bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligi, shuningdek, xorijiy sayyohlar e’tiborini tortayotgan asosiy gastronomik yo‘nalishlar tahlil qilinadi.
