Yuqori malakali dzyudochilarning texnik va taktik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy ishda yuqori malakali dzyudochilarning texnik va taktik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish muammolari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Sportchilar faoliyatida texnika va taktikaning o‘zaro uyg‘unlashuvi, zamonaviy raqobat sharoitida ularning o‘ziga xos rolini belgilovchi omillar aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot doirasida jangovar holatlardagi qaror qabul qilish tezligi, individual va guruh taktik modellarini shakllantirish, texnik arsenalni optimallashtirish hamda ularni musobaqaviy sharoitda qo‘llash samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar va ilmiy-nazariy asoslar asosida taklif etilgan mashg‘ulot tizimlari dzyudochilarning musobaqalardagi natijalarini oshirishga qaratilgan.
