Wald-Dialog für den Interessenausgleich - Status-Quo-Analyse zur Rolle von Naturparken und Biosphärenreservaten

Abstract

Das Arbeitspapier stellt die Ergebnisse des Arbeitspakets 2 zur Status-Quo-Analyse im NaBioKom-Vorhaben vor. Es wurden die Interessen relevanter Akteursgruppen sowie die gegenwärtige Rolle von Naturparken und Biosphärenreservaten im bewirtschafteten Wald im deutschlandweiten Kontext untersucht. Ziel dieser Analyse war es, bestehende Nutzungsinteressen und Dialogbedarfe in Deutschland zu erfassen, die am Projektende eine Bewertung der Reallaborergebnisse hinsichtlich Übertragbarkeit und Relevanz für andere Regionen ermöglicht.Hierzu wurden Positionspapiere sowie (politische) Forderungen von Interessenverbänden der Forstwirtschaft und des Naturschutzes auf Bundes- und Landesebene untersucht, um Themenbereiche mit Interessenunterschieden und/ oder gemeinsamen Interessen zu identifizieren. Eine deutschlandweite Online-Befragung unter Naturparken und Biosphärenreservaten ergänzt die Analyse, ermöglicht eine Einschätzung der Relevanz spezifischer Themen auf regionaler Ebene der Naturparke und Biosphärenreservate sowie deren Aufgaben des Wald-Dialogs.
