Facteurs psychologiques et individuels de la conformité fiscale des PME : entre équité, éthique et confiance institutionnelle

Abstract

La conformité fiscale des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) représente un enjeu majeur pour l’efficacité des systèmes fiscaux et le financement des politiques publiques. Si les approches classiques reposant sur la dissuasion expliquent partiellement le comportement des contribuables, elles ne suffisent pas à saisir la complexité des pratiques des PME. Cet article mobilise la psychologie fiscale pour analyser l’influence de cinq facteurs déterminants : la perception d’équité du système fiscal, l’éthique personnelle du dirigeant, le niveau de littératie fiscale et la confiance institutionnelle. Les résultats de la revue de littérature montrent que la conformité fiscale ne se réduit pas à un calcul économique, mais relève aussi d’un contrat psychologique entre l’État et les contribuables. L’étude souligne la nécessité d’une approche intégrée combinant incitations économiques, transparence institutionnelle et renforcement de la confiance pour améliorer la discipline fiscale des PME.
