This paper introduces the Qualia Relativity Theory (QRT) as the experiential projection layer of the Concordance Dynamics (CD) framework, which models the universe as a self-aligning informational field. In QRT, the curvature of experienced reality depends on the observer’s stance tensor 𝐾𝜇𝜈, expressing how consciousness configures its attention and coherence. Thus, relativity is not merely kinematic but experiential: the universe manifests differently according to the internal alignment of awareness. Qualia are interpreted as the geometry through which Oneness experiences itself. Through the relativity of experience, the universe continually restores its intrinsic coherence (Concordance). This paper unifies the notions of relativity and unity not as opposites but as complementary expressions of the same self-referential process of existence.
