Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O’zbekiston hududlarida keng tarqalib o’sadigan yantoq (верблюжья колючка) o’simligini hom ashyosidan quruq ekstrakt olishda ekstragentlarni tanlandi,quruq ekstrakt yig’indisi aniqlandi,ekstrakt tarkibidagi moddalarga nisbatan kimyoviy sifat reaksiyalar qilindi va tarkibidagi rutinni miqdori fotoelektrokolrimetriya (FEK) usulida aniqlandi.Chinligini yupqa qatlam xromotografiya (YUQX) usulida aniqlashda organik erituvchilar aralashmalarini (sistema) tanlandi va 15 % sirka kislotada Rf = 0,56 ± 0,02 qiymati aniqlandi.
