Abstract

Maqolada probatsiya xizmatining muayyan huquqdan mahrum qilish jazosini ijro etishdagi o‘rni va korxona, muassasa hamda tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlik faoliyati tahlil qilingan. Unda hamkorlikning huquqiy asoslari, ijtimoiy-psixologik jihatlari hamda probatsiya tizimi samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mehnat jamoalarining huquqiy madaniyatini oshirish orqali takroriy jinoyatlarning oldini olish masalasiga e’tibor qaratilgan.
