Abstract

 Oziq-ovqat orqali yuqadigan kasalliklar global miqyosda sog‘liqni saqlash uchun jiddiy muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Salmonellyoz — bu kasalliklarning eng keng tarqalgan turlaridan biri bo‘lib, insonlarda yengil gastroenteritdan og‘ir sistemik infeksiyalargacha olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada Salmonella enterica bakteriyasining oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarida mavjudligi, uning yuqish yo‘llari, chidamliligi hamda infeksiya tarqalishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash va kasalliklarning oldini olish uchun amaliy chora-tadbirlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola epidemiologik o‘zgarishlar, diagnostika usullarining cheklovlari va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashdagi zamonaviy yondashuvlarga ham e’tibor qaratadi. Bu tahlillar sog‘liqni saqlash sohasida samarali nazorat va oldini olish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishga asos bo‘ladi.
