MINTAQAVIY INNOVATSION KLASTERLAR: RIVOJLANISH ISTIQBOLLARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy innovatsion klasterlarning shakllanishi, rivojlanish omillari hamda istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy taraqqiyotda klasterlashuv raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish va innovatsion muhitni shakllantirishda muhim omil sifatida e’tirof etiladi. Maqolada chet el olimlari hamda O‘zbekistonlik tadqiqotchilarning ilmiy ishlanmalaridan foydalanilgan. Maqolada klasterlarni rivojlantirishda davlat siyosatining o‘rni, xususiy sektor bilan hamkorlik mexanizmlari, xorijiy tajriba asosida amalga oshirilayotgan loyihalar (masalan, Janubiy Koreya, Germaniya, Xitoy tajribalari) bilan solishtirma tahlil o‘tkaziladi. Yakunda O‘zbekistonda mintaqaviy innovatsion klasterlarni rivojlantirish istiqbollari, institutsional yondashuvlar va strategik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
