Abstract

В статье рассматриваются преимущества и сложности внедрения гибкой технологии Agile в российской практике, описываются сферы применения технологии. Цель исследования - анализ опыта внедрения Agile в российских организациях, выявление основных проблем и путей их преодоления. Приведены примеры российских компаний, применяющих Agile-технологии.
