Lider pedagog faoliyatida zamonaviy ta’lim texnologiyalari, interfaol usullar, loyiha va topshiriqlar orqali o‘quvchilarni mustaqil fikrlashga, yangicha yondashuvlarni qo‘llashga va kreativ g‘oyalarni ishlab chiqishga yo‘naltirish muhimligi asoslab beriladi.
