Abstract

Oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash, aholi sonining o‘sishi, iqlim o‘zgarishi va resurslarning kamayishi sharoitida global prioritetdir. Mikrobial biotexnologiya, atrof-muhit salomatligini saqlagan holda qishloq xo‘jaligi samaradorligini oshirish uchun innovatsion va barqaror echimlarni taklif etadi. Ushbu maqola mikroblar asosidagi biotexnologiyalarning, masalan, bioo‘g‘itlar, biopestitsidlar va o‘sish stimulyator bakteriyalarining qishloq xo‘jaligida qo‘llanilishi hozirgi tendensiyalarini va kelajakdagi istiqbollarini o‘rganadi. Analitik va tajriba asosidagi tadqiqotlar natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, bu texnologiyalar hosildorlikni, tuproq unumdorligini va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi. Ularning qo‘llanilishi kimyoviy moddalar va o‘g‘itlarga bo‘lgan bog‘liqlikni kamaytiradi va ekologik toza dehqonchilikka o‘tishni qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi. Tadqiqot, mikrobial biotexnologiyaning kelajakda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda yetakchi rol o‘ynashi mumkinligini ta’kidlaydi.
