Abstract

Результаты исследований нашей студенческой работы показали, что пчёлы могут быть носителями Salmonella без явных клинических признаков. Метагеномные методы выявили бактериальные гены Salmonella в 1–6% образцов с пасек в местах с интенсивным сельским хозяйством – это Самаркандская область, Самаркандский район. Некоторые штаммы обладали разной лекарственной устойчивостью, что осложняет выработку протокола лечения. Были обнаружены штаммы устойчивые к рифампицину, но не устойчивые к левомицетину, и, наоборот.
