
Maqolada professional ta’limda raqamli ta’lim resurslaridan (RTR) foydalanishning xorijiy tajribalari tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot AQSh, Germaniya, Finlyandiya va Janubiy Koreya misolida olib borilib, infratuzilma, pedagogik yondashuvlar, platformalar (LMS, OER), VR/AR texnologiyalari hamda o‘qituvchilar raqamli kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishda DigCompEdu modeli yoritiladi. Hulosa qismida O‘zbekiston sharoitida infratuzilmani bosqichma-bosqich rivojlantirish, pedagoglar raqamli kompetensiyasini kuchaytirish va milliy OER platformasini yaratish bo‘yicha aniq takliflar bildiriladi.
