ИНВЕСТИЦИИ В ТУРИСТСКУЮ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРУ И ДИНАМИКА ТУРИСТСКОГО ПОТОКА: ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ КРЕАТИВНЫХ ДЕСТИНАЦИЙ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ТВЕРСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ)

Abstract

В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь инвестиций в туристскую инфраструктуру и динамики туристского потока на примере Тверской области. На основе данных государственной программы 2024–2029 гг. проведён анализ бюджетного финансирования и налоговых поступлений, выявлен эффект «инвестиционного импульса», обеспечившего долгосрочный рост турпотока. Показано, что инфраструктурные вложения способствуют не только количественному увеличению туристов, но и формированию предпосылок для креативных туристских дестинаций.
