Abstract

Ateroskleroz, yurak-qon tomir tizimining surunkali yallig‘lanish kasalligi, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining asosiy sabablaridan biri va uning oqibatlari. Ateroskleroz patogenezida turli xil yallig‘lanish mexanizmlarining roli haqida ko‘proq dalillar mavjud. Interleykin-6 aterogenezda ishtirok etadigan asosiy yallig‘lanishga qarshi sitokinlardan biridir. Biomarkerlardan foydalangan holda yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari xavfini bashorat qilishning yangi imkoniyatlariga e’tibor biotexnologiyaning jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida so‘nggi yigirma yil ichida global hamjamiyat tomonidan faol muhokama qilinmoqda.
