
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool in education, particularly in mathematics, where personalized learning, adaptive assessment, and problem-solving support are critical. This paper explores the integration of AI in mathematics education, examining its applications in intelligent tutoring systems, automated grading, personalized learning, and gamified learning environments. It also discusses challenges such as ethical concerns, over-reliance on technology, teacher adaptability, and issues of data privacy. The study concludes that AI, when used responsibly, can enhance student engagement, improve problem-solving skills, and reduce learning gaps, but it must be balanced with traditional pedagogical approaches to preserve critical thinking and creativity.
