The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a physical activity programme at school following the principles of the non-linear pedagogy (NLP) approach. Participants were divided into an experimental group (EG - subjected to the intervention) and a control group (CG - which followed traditional physical education lessons). The effectiveness of the intervention was assessed by administering a baseline test (T1) and a post-test (T2) at the end of the intervention period.
