Abstract

Ushbu maqolada boshlang‘ich sinflarda jismoniy tarbiya fanini o‘qitishda milliy sport o‘yinlaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari yoritilgan. Bir nechta asosiy o‘zbek milliy o‘yinlari ro‘yxati keltirib o‘tilgan. Ulardan dars jarayonida foydalanish va o‘quvchilarning ko‘nikmalarining rivojlantirishda bo‘lgan ahamiyati haqida so‘z yuritiladi.
