Abstract

Жиноятларни квалификация қилиш жиноят қонунини қўллашнинг энг муҳим босқичидир. Мутахассислар фикрича жиноят ҳуқуқи соҳасидаги жиноятларни тўғри таснифлаш муҳим қонунийликни келтириб чиқаради. Жиноятларни квалификацияси деганда, жиноят қонунчилигида ва Олий суд Пленуми томонидан келтирилган тушунтиришларида мустаҳкамланган, шахс томонидан содир этилган жиноятга тўғри ва асосли ҳуқуқий баҳо бериш усуллари ва услубларини белгиланишини тушуниш мумкин
