
Mazkur maqolada umumta’lim maktablarida tahsil olayotgan bolalar va o‘smirlarning sog‘lom hamda xavfsiz ovqatlanishini tashkil etish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda bolalar organizmining yosh fiziologik xususiyatlari, ovqatlanish tartibi, energiya va ozuqa moddalari balansining sog‘lom rivojlanishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maktab oshxonalarida ovqat tayyorlash jarayonida gigiyenik talablar, sanitariya me’yorlari va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi standartlariga rioya etish zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Shu bilan birga, noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanishning o‘quvchilarning jismoniy va ruhiy rivojlanishiga salbiy ta’siri, vitamin yetishmovchiligi, ortiqcha vazn va kamquvvatlik kabi muammolar tahlil qilingan. Maqola maktab ovqatlanish tizimini takomillashtirish, dietologik nazoratni kuchaytirish va o‘quvchilarda sog‘lom ovqatlanish madaniyatini shakllantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqot natijalari umumta’lim muassasalarida sog‘lom turmush tarzini targ‘ib qilish hamda bolalar salomatligini mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.
