D5.1 - Corporate Image and Communication Tools

Abstract

The public Deliverable 5.1. “Corporate image and communication tools” is presented in this document and aims to illustrate the process behind the creation of the visual identity of the BIO-SUSHY project. Building a strong and unique visual identity helps to establish the project recognition and allows people to remember it and associate it with a specific image or logo. The document is organized into two main sections: Corporate Image and Communication Tools. In the first section, Corporate Image, the document outlines the project’s visual identity, including the logo, colour palette and fonts. It provides guidelines for maintaining consistency in the project’s visual identity and explains how to use the project’s Word and PowerPoint templates. The document lists available templates, such as the deliverable template, presentation template, meeting agenda, meeting minutes, participant list, and consent photography. It also describes the project’s communication material portfolio, which includes a leaflet, brochure, roll-up, poster, presentation pitch, lanyard, and folder. The second section, Communication Tools, describes the project’s website and social media channels. It provides guidelines for creating social media posts using the project’s social media post templates. The document concludes with a summary of the project’s communication tools and how they can be used to promote the project. This document is a comprehensive guide to maintain the visual identity of the project and to create effective communication materials, such as presentations, posters, and social media posts. By following these guidelines, the project can create a consistent and professional image, enhancing its visibility and impact.
