Abstract

Otevřená data jsou datové sady, které má kdokoli volně k dispozici. Je možné je bez omezení prohlížet, používat i sdílet. Podle definice organizace Open Knowledge Foundation jde o informace, které mohou být veřejně dostupné, upravované a dále šířené kýmkoli a pro jakýkoli účel – pod podmínkou, že bude zachován jejich původ a otevřený charakter (Badiee et al. 2021).
