Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sun'iy yo'ldosh aloqa kanallari xususiyatlarini modellashtirish va tahlil qilish usullari yoritiladi. GEO va LEO ssenariylari uchun AWGN, Rayleigh, Rician va gibrid modellar asosida MATLAB/Simulink, NS-3 hamda STK vositalarida simulyatsiyalar o'tkazildi. GEO–Toshkent kanalida o'rtacha SNR 19.7 dB, yomg'ir zonasida esa 11.3 dB gacha pasayishi kuzatildi. QPSK va 16-QAM modulyatsiyalari bo'yicha BER qiymatlari mos ravishda 2.3×10⁻³ (10 dB) va 4.1×10⁻³ (15 dB) ni tashkil etdi. LEO (1,200 km) ssenariysida maksimal Doppler siljishi ±190 kHz gacha yetdi. Yomg'ir intensivligi 25 mm/soatda availability 87 %, 50 mm/soatda esa 74 % gacha kamaydi. Natijalar kanal sharoitlarini hisobga olgan holda adaptiv modulyatsiya va kodlashni qo'llash zarurligini ko'rsatadi
